Haverstraw Self-Storage Development
The Stonefield team developed a plan for a new self-storage facility in the Haverstraw, NY. Since the site is has a 20 FT grade change across the property, the design calls for a “split level” building, where access is provided to the 1st and 2nd floors in order to minimize the required earthwork.
