The southeast corner of Allen Road and Gatehouse Drive in Woodhaven, Michigan has been developed into a 18,709 multi-tenant retail facility. The development is providing the City of Woodhaven with retail and restaurant users as well as a swim school. During the development of this site, a unique situation occurred where conditions were discovered in the field that prohibited the connection of the proposed watermain to the existing watermain in Allen Road.
