Stonefield provided professional expert witness professional planning testimony in support of a bi-furcated use variance application for the construction of a Top Golf Entertainment Facility. Like many other similar large-scale entertainment-uses, the municipal zoning ordinance did not explicitly permit sports entertainment facilities.
