Stonefield is providing surveying and site/civil services for a 14-lot single family subdivision on a roughly 20-acre property. Stonefield worked closely with the Applicant, Village, and neighbors to propose a plan that preserved trees, limited excavation and propose an efficient layout for each future homeowner. Stonefield prepared fully engineered plans and a SWPPP for the project among other deliverables. The site is currently under construction.
