Stonefield prepared an ALTA / NSPS Land Title Survey of 14 plus Acres to H.U.D. (Housing and Urban Development) specification for the purposes of loan approval. The survey was complicated by the lots lack of direct access to a public street, requiring detailed access easement information for approval.
