Residential Highrise – Jersey City, NJ

Stonefield provided the site plans for this 31 Story high rise in Jersey City. Consisting of residential and hotel units, office and retail space, restaurants and banquet hall along with associated parking and various building amenities. Don’t forget the roof top views of Jersey City and New York. Team Charlie and Nectar worked on the project together to put together site plans, traffic and stormwater reports. The project was approved and board chairman noted this to be a ‘Statement piece for Journal Square’ during the approval meeting.
