SEQRA Consistency Analysis

Stonefield performed a State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) Consistency Analysis for a proposed mixed-use development in the hamlet of Baldwin within the Town of Hempstead, New York. The team reviewed the proposed project with reference to the state issued SEQRA requirements to determine the potential environmental impacts as well as social and economic considerations concerning the project.
