18 and Garfield

The northwest corner of the 18 and Garfield intersection has been an open vacant lot for decades. Stonefield Engineering & Design provided civil site drawings and expert testimony to obtain an approval for a conditional rezoning and lot split to develop a portion of the property as a mixed-use commercial development. The proposed development will bring a 7,000 SF building to the property, complete with associated parking and landscaping areas. Stonefield worked extensively with the township, county and Michigan Department of Environmental Quality engineers to create a modern, green development.
