1901 East Stop 13 Road

Some developments offer practical difficulties such as the 1901 East Stop 13 Road development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Approximately 120 feet of the southern end of the site was located within an overhead utility easement. Stonefield worked with the developer to help maximize the building footprint to 10,848 SF while keeping the building out of the easement. Stonefield also reutilized the layout of the southern parking lot and both entrances to the site to help reduce the costs of construction. Another cost saving measure that was used was upsizing the conveyance pipes and using them for stormwater storage to prevent the installation of a stormwater basin.
