Stonefield designed this 4,496 SF automated car wash located on State Route 59 in the City of Kent, OH. The site includes 18 user-friendly vacuum spaces, 2 automated pay stations, and streetscape/landscape improvements surrounding the property. Additionally, the site proposes an aboveground detention basin to meet Ohio stormwater regulations along with three 2,000 gallon reclamation tanks which help reduce the water & sewer demands for the car wash.
