Coordination with Town Requests

The Stonefield team developed a plan for a new 3,470 SF bank in Pequannock, NJ. The team met with the Township Historic Commission to better understand the needs of the members and prepare a design based on their requests. The Stonefield team worked with the building architect to develop a plan that matched the planned exterior architecture for the windows and entrance of the proposed bank. In addition, the team worked closely with the landscape architect to provide a community space/node to accommodate the Township of Pequannock community.
Understanding and respecting township requests is an important aspect of the Stonefield philosophy. Stonefield recognizes the importance of township feedback and continues to provide alterations and adjustments to the design as requested. Coordination and communication with internal and external team members on projects will always be important to the Stonefield.
