Fair Lawn Medical Office Building

Stonefield prepared the site plan drawings, traffic analysis, and provided expert testimony to obtain the approval for this new, modern medical office building on Broadway in Fair Lawn, NJ.  One of the unique design elements is an 2nd floor elevate walkway connecting the new structure to the older medical office building already existing on site.  This will provide convenience for patrons and doctors alike. We continue to provide construction administration services to guide the project to opening.
