The Stonefield team developed a plan for a new self-storage facility in the Haverstraw, NY. Since the site is has a 20 FT grade change across the property, the design calls for a “split level” building, where access is provided to the 1st and 2nd floors in order to minimize the required earthwork. Other design challenges included optimizing the layout to maximize the building area, while ensuring adequate truck circulation. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2019.
