High-Rise Residential

Stonefield Engineering’s project team worked with SJP Properties to assist in the design of a 54-story residential high rise building on the Upper West Side in Manhattan, NY. The scope of work included coordination with the full project team and the preparation of the following documents: Schematic and Design Documents, DOB Civil Construction Documents, DOB Builder’s Pavement Plan, NYCDEP Site Connection Plan and NYCPARKS Street Tree Plan.
