This inclusive development was made possible partially by the engineering teams at Stonefield. Our engineers provided both site and traffic engineering services. Covered parking below the affordable housing units enhances the integration of the development into the surrounding area with limited traffic congestion on the corner of Passaic and E. Mcfarlan.
