Our site/civil team was tasked with designing the site in compliance with the requirements set forth in the Township’s 2020 Housing Element and Fair Share Plan as required by the Fair Housing Act. After a thorough review of the Township’s plan and zoning ordinance, our team coordinated with the architectural team to design the site in conformance with all applicable local and state regulations that guide affordable housing development.
