This 7-Eleven development was an interesting and exciting site redevelopment project for the Stonefield Team to complete. This site is located within the downtown section of Denville which is known to have buildings that have an aesthetic that resembles post-modern architecture. The Township of Denville wanted to ensure the proposed 7-Eleven building would reflect this style of architecture. In order to comply to the Townshipâs wishes, basket weave concrete pavers were used on the sidewalk, Belgian block curbing was utilized on site, and the masonry of the store consisted of brick. These site-specific modifications made this one of the more elegant convenience stores in northern New Jersey.
