Signage Improvements

Stonefield provided professional planning services to support the development project in Pequannock.  Stonefield was brought on to assess the potential planning-related impacts of proposed sign improvements at the Holy Spirit School.  As a variance was required for the signage, Stonefield prepared a presentation including the planning proofs for why such a variance could be granted.  In accordance with NJ State Law, the sign would require C(2) variance relief also known as the flexible C standard.  The School was seeking to add the digital sign to relieve staff from having to manually change the sign when providing updates.
