Despite being named the “best mall in New Jersey” by NJ.com, Westfield Garden State Plaza understands that to stay on top you must always be improving. In 2018 the mall underwent a significant interior and exterior upgrade program, including landscaping improvements to the main entrances and along the façade of the anchor stores. Stonefield coordinated local and outside agency permitting for the installation of modern landscape features and uplighting as well as prepared construction drawings with landscape architecture, electrical engineering, and irrigation plans to support the improvements. The finished product ensures that this regional shopping hub will remain modern for years to come.
